What it takes...

To lose 1 pound per week....

Ok, this is something new - at least to me.

I have thought for long that I needed to take it slow in order to get permanent result... lacking in target date is actually a bliss after all ;) No drastic weight loss -> eat more & be healthier... bunyi cam senang je haha

Anyway, this is just something I pick up along the way - apparently 1 pound of weight is equivalent to 3500 calories, so divided by 7 days, I need to cut 500 calories per day to lose 1 pound in 1 week. With exercise burning around 200 calories per day, I can eat a mere 200 calories more... and so goes the theory...

Realistically, how can I cut that much calorie when I'm already eating less and doing this whole exercise regime...? have i been losing weight with this regime? Yes, but i did not track any... can i just reset and find out what is my ideal calorie intake rite now? tak naik ke berat ek , coz u know, dari diet, pastu tak diet...sure naik balik kan? not so easy innit? Pastu, nak kira calorie lagi - Exercise, yes, i can guesstimate and the treadmill gives that reading tooo... but food intake? hmmm, agak sukar nak kira...

Nevermind... I'll just reset and see how it goes... so from today onwards - that's the new target - to lose 1 pond in one week ;)
