10km in 75 minutes, that's my first tenner in one run !!!!!

Calorie burnt: 760 cal ( I hope this at least shed the morning nasi lemak, which was yummy btw - sebab tu habis licin ~)
The additional 10 mins was for warming down, another 500m along the way ;)
How did I feel - sooooooo damn good, though i puked a lil bit towards the end huhu
